Companionship

At Rosetta Better Living Home Care, we have found that many clients don’t necessarily need a lot of help, but would sometimes like a companion to support them during various activities: someone they can chat with, at home or out and about.

Many clients have stated that spending quality time with a companion, who understands them and is genuinely interested in them, can make them feel revitalised and energised.

Respite Care

We all need a break and we know how tough it can be to be a carer. The challenges and stresses of supporting a loved one can build up over time and it is important that we all take time out to re-charge our batteries.

Respite Care gives carers a break from their caring role, while giving them comfort and security that their loved one is in the hands of a trusted, capable, qualified expert – someone who is empathetic and appreciates “how things need to be done.”

Our respite care can be provided within the home environment allowing a carer the opportunity to leave the home and attend to other responsibilities. We can also take clients out of their home on a social outing that provides a fresh environment and stimulation for the client, while allowing the carer to attend to the house without the responsibility of supporting their loved one at the same time.
