Rosetta provides a level of care that goes beyond any care agency that we have used previously. Firstly the standards that they set for their carers is high, particularly important if you have a live-in carer as my mum does. Secondly, the carers that we have met make a real effort to connect with my mum on a personal level - she has dementia. Thirdly, before we used Rosetta, mum ended up in hospital 9 times in one year. In the past four years, she’s only gone to hospital once and that was just a precaution. Finally, they adopt a holistic approach to care looking after mind and body. We couldn’t be happier with Rosetta’s approach and ethos. I am sure that their excellent care contributed to mum reaching her 100th birthday this year.

I contacted Rosetta Better Living for my father, who was diagnosed with Dementia. My mother could not cope with the situation anymore. However, we did not want to send him to a care home, so this was like a good alternative: giving my mum some respite. The carers at Rosetta Better Living are very nice and professional.
